Q1:How to become a member of inSpectrum?
A: MA Joining inSpectrum is easy. First choose the level of membership you are interested in and follow the introduction. For E-mail membership, you must provide valid Email address. For Registered membership, detail personal or corporate information is necessary for application. Next, after completing and submitting the application online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click the address in the e-mail to complete the application process, and you can start to enjoy the inSpectrum's general services. If you are interested in the Marketing Insight, please contact with us at services@insye.com, and our representative will contact with you shortly.

Q2:I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?
A:Don worry. If you forget your password, you can go to the member center and type your username or e-mail address, and your password will be sent to your email box within short time. If you forget both username and password, please contact inSpectrum at services@insye.com

Q3:I have registered, but I can not log in?
A:A Your application might be incomplete due to internet problems or system errors, or you have not yet confirmed your email address. If the problem is former, please contact with us for technical help at services@insye.com. If the problem is the latter , please check the email address used for the application, and click the link in the email to complete the application. In addition, you may type the wrong username or password. Please check and try again, and remember they are case sensitive.

Q4:I have problems accessing the information on the website?
A:A Please note some sections, such as Marketing Insight, are restricted to Marketing Insight members only. If you are accessing non-Marketing Insight sections and still experiencing problems, please contact us at services@insye.com ASAP. Our IT people will solve the problem within short time. In addition, if you are interested in the Marketing Insight, please contact with us at services@insye.com, and we will contact with your shortly.

Q5:How do I change my account information?
A:You can go to the iew/edit my profile?in the member centre, and remember to save the changes after editing it.

Q6:Can I quote the information provided by inSpectrum in personal report or publication?
A:A The ownership of data and analysis conducted by inSpectrum is limited to inSpectrum Technology Inc., and protected by the ownership of copyright and intellectual property of Taiwan. You are allowed to use the data and information provided by inSpectrum in your report, but must provide following attribution "Source: inSpectrum Technology Inc."

Q1:I am interested in inSpectrum’s Marketing Insight, how do I start? How to subscribe inSpectrum’s Marketing Insight?
A: Marketing Insight is an advanced service which provides insightful market analysis and forecasting, and it is for Marketing Insight members only. You can visit our demo version before subscribing the service. If you have interests in Marketing Insight, please do not hesitate to contact with us at services@insye.com, and our representative will contact with you shortly.

Q2:How does the Marketing Insight Membership differ from other memberships?
A:Email Membership and Registered Membership are free of charges and members have Services for Email Members and Registered Members include limited access to inSpectrum’s website, such as spot prices, contract prices, semi-weekly reports, semi-monthly reports, and new headlines. The Marketing Insight Membership is a paid membership for clients who purchase the Marketing Insight service from inSpectrum. This service contains insightful analysis and market forecasting about DRAM, NAND Flash, and TFT LCD.

Q3:How often does inSpectrum update the reports?
A:They are updated regularly on inSpectrum website. Semi-weekly report, which analyzed DRAM and NAND Flash markets, is updated every Tuesday and Friday. Semi-monthly report, which provide individual analysis for DRAM, NAND Flash, and TFT LCD, is updated twice a month.

Q4:What currency do you accept?
A:We currently only accept US Dollars (US) and Taiwan Dollars (TWD).

Q5:What payment method does inSpectrum provide ?
A:We currently only accept wire transfer. Companies interested in our Marketing Insight can request quotation first, and we will contact with you shortly.

Q6:What else can inSpectrum provide to clients besides Marketing Insight?
A:We are also an excellent place for clients to place advertisement.
