The demand for DRAM in spot market is still pathetic and the quotation is low. Only some demand for white brand DDR2 512Mb chip showed today. Weak demand made the spot price kept declining. The ETT/UTT DDR2 1Gb and 512Mb chip average prices were around $1.68 and $0.72. As contract price in 2nd half of August would drop, we believed that the spot price is difficult to see the rebound in the near future.
