Production cut issue boosts DRAM spot price
DRAM spot prices rebounded this week (Nov 21-25) as some second-tier module house players are securing more inventories over recent production cut issue. As of noon session of November 25, spot price of a white-branded 1Gb DDR2 rocketed by 10% to USD1.01 and a branded 2Gb DDR3 jump to USD0.75 by 3%. 11/25
